I am really sad about the outcome of my hair. I was growing out previous color so that I could get a balayage by Grecia. Her work on Instagram is amazing and I know she has lots of regulars. My appt. was for a full balayage and haircut. The haircut was great but unfortunately not the “full balayage”. I had booked a full balayage but instead got streaky highlights as you can see in the picture. I felt like the service was rushed and I understand I have a lot of hair. I just wish that Grecia would of been honest and communicated with me what she could and could not do with my hair in the time alloted for the service. I would have appreciated honesty vs. what I got. A rushed service using foils instead of a traditional balayage. All her other clients are very lucky to get the best work from her but I am a newer client I guess I don’t matter as much.

I went in for a curly hair cut after researching Livia’s work on her IG page. I heard lots of great things about Bahtoh in general and was really looking forward to my new hair cut. However, it turned out to be a really rushed and terrible job. The appointment was for 1.5 hours but Livia barely spent more than 30 minutes with me. She didn’t do any brush styling or finger coiling, and only diffused my hair for like 10 minutes max. Afterward, she just had me sit under the hair dryer dome thing. My hair was so poofy and frizzy when I was done, no waves or curls. I am new to discovering my wavy/curly hair and it’s sad to say that I do a better job styling my hair at home than at the salon.

Jeanelle did my hair and the whole experience was perfect!!! My hair came out beautiful and I felt beautiful and she is such a nice person and easy to talk to. I traveled 2 hours to see her and it was worth it. We recently moved out of the area and I don’t think I’ll find someone who can compare to her ❤

The same feeling and many elements were reused to make a living wall with a neon sign that served as our backdrop for a photo booth at our reception! Floral design is evolving! Batoh is proof that the new/next/now has ARRIVED. We love seeing what creations they will bring to transform event spaces. If you can swing it, go big! They do large arrangements exceptionally well!
