Critical: ProfessionalismI have tanned at this location for years.Never had an issue with staff or management until about two months ago.Donna that works the front is very rude, and not only to customers, but also employees that work there. She is very disrespectful to paying customers and shows no remorse. I have tanned at this location for years.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister and I have been tanning there for a couple months. The older lady who works in the front has been unprofessional before and seemingly on some sort of drugs that make her slow moving and with slurred speach. Today my sister and I went together to renew a month and my sister had just bought a highly recommended (by her) 70 dollar bottle of lotion. She used it once and broke out all over her chest and back. I used the same lotion and broke out but i thought something else was causing the issue so I continued to use it. When my sister used it she was covered with a MAD rash and she has scabs still. We explained this to the older lady at the front. My sister asked if she could get a refund or credit. The lady was immediately rude, said that she had never had a problem with it, that she’s sold hundreds of that lotion and no one has ever had a problem. She told me that it was “funny that I used the whole bottle and then complained about the breakout”. She acted like we were lying and then raised her voice, literally YELLED at us when we addressed her tone and comments. She’s always slow to get you in so unless you want to deal with an unprofessional slow cocky woman when you’re just trying to get in, get a tan, and get out quickly do not use this tanning place.Service: TanningMy sister and I have been tanning there for a couple months. My sister and I have been tanning there for a couple months. The older lady who works in the front has been unprofessional before and seemingly on some sort of drugs that make her slow moving and with slurred speach.
