I recently visited bahama bay to go tanning. I have not been to this establishment since I was in high school. I parked my car and went in and the door said “appointment only.” I was very discouraged by this as a customer because I am a mom of 3 working full-time and it is easier for me to go when I am available and not necessarily have to schedule it. I asked the girl if they had any beds available even though I didn’t have an appointment. She only had a level 1 bed, which was fine, but I even paid for 3 sessions of the highest level bed, but used my first session on their lowest bed. Yes, this was my choice, but it was the only time I had that day and I was already there.
