This is more of a 4.5 rating. The staff and facilities are lovely. I felt good for a few days after my IV treatment and the overall experience was very relaxing. I have friends who have received IVs and B12 shots. We all agree that the only negative feedback is that asking for a tip for such treatments feels awkward. What do you tip for a shot or an IV? I think adding to your prices to make them inclusive of what you expect to be paid would feel less awkward for your customers.

I came in to Badger State not feeling well and definitely needed a pick me up! The staff was absolutely great. They helped me figure out what would work best for me and get me feeling better. Ben was my nurse and he was super helpful. He made me feel comfortable about the whole process. They also shared all the other benefits and options for IV hydration. I will definitely be back!

I have been waiting for a place like this to open in Madison and I’m so happy it’s here! I tried the Professor’s Potion IV and also got a B/Folate injection and am very happy with the results so far. I came in feeling mentally and physically drained due to a hectic work schedule wanted a boost for my brain and my body. After, I slept better than I have in a very long time, I feel better physically overall, and actually got a lot of compliments that I looked like my face was “glowing.” The place was cute and clean and the staff was kind and skilled. I will definitely be back!

Loved the experience we had at Badger State Hydrate. It’s a very relaxing environment with extremely friendly owners and staff. It’s also very reassuring that the employees that administer the IV’s are all full time nurses in various specialties (med-flight, ICU, ER, etc.). During our very first visit, my wife and I had such a great experience that we enrolled in an annual membership and can’t wait to go back.

Cannot express enough how much of a godesnt ( the lady working sunday ) was in eliminating the dehabilitating nausea and extreme dehydration for my husband. First, the space is beautiful and comforting. Second, the staff are so welcoming and professional. Any concerns one might have are immediately put to rest. The nurse who inserted my IV was so friendly but more importantly, so competent. I never felt a thing.I can’t honestly say I felt much better after the infusion but I didn’t expect it since I was more concerned with long term immunization help than a simple fluid replacement. That said, there are good reasons for needing fluid intake from dialysis patients to athletic endurance endeavors. I encourage anyone to research BSH on their website or call them.
