I started walking towards the building 2 mins before my scheduled appointment only to be yelled at and told that not to come in I have not authorized you to come in. I was then ignored for 20 minutes and a text was sent asking me to come in. she opened the door and rolled her eyes at me, the entire braiding was done in utter silence.
