I have lived in Benicia for over ten years now. A few years ago I needed a new stylist. I went to Starr and have been so happy with my experiences. I look forward to my time in her chair and the end results always make me smile. She believes in continuing her education as a stylist which makes her up to date with what’s new in the world of style!! People ask me all the time who does my hair? I now just keep Starr’s business cards in my purse!!

I found this salon to be bland, little personality, cold and un-friendly. The owner evidently feels her time is more important than her clients as she was always late and non-apologetic, by that I mean she said she was late due to blah, blah blah, but hey, how about a sincere apology. First time was okay, not great, okay, but the second and last time, HORRIBLE!
