Got a cut that was uneven, was out of town two days later and couldn’t make it in before the trip. Went in a couple of weeks later apologizing for the time lapse and a manager said you have a week to come back for a recut because there is no way to tell how a cut will grow in! I don’t think my hair has ever grown in uneven before. If I need another cut, I would have to pay for it and wait more than a week for the recut. She asked if I noticed right away. Well no, but neither did Jill when she cut it. When I told the manager it was uneven she said uh huh so it seemed she agreed. Honestly, what does she think happened! Some managers are great at treating customers who pay for services like they matter, some make you feel like you don’t. Thanks for making me feel like my problem is not worth your time to fix.

First time going there and I love the whole vibe the entire staff gives off. Besides waiting 20 minutes for my appointment, it was an overall really great experience. I will definitely be going back! It’s nice to have someone cut your hair that wants it to look just as good as you do! Highly recommend!

Love going to Bad Hair Day. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The whole treatment is awesome- all the way from the cheerful greeting and beverage offer as soon as you walk in the door to the relaxing washroom shampoo and scalp massage to the great finishing style. I have been getting my haircuts hear my whole life and they have always been perfect!!! They use Paul Mitchell products, which are very nice and very high quality. I am pretty sure that all the products they use you can buy from them. The girls there are very sweet!!! I like their old building better, but I under that they were having some heating and cooling problems. Their new building doesn’t have as much character but they gave it all the character that is possible!!! Go try Bad Hair Day Salon, I am sure you will love it.
