This was seriously the BEST massage I’ve ever had. This was my first visit here. It was very relaxing and covered all the areas that needed worked on. Carmello was very professional and sat down with me prior to my massage to fill out paperwork and to talk about my goals with getting a massage. After telling him I’ve had 3 back surgeries and 2 ankle surgeries, after the massage, he explained to me some stretches I could do to help my back. He took extra time that he didn’t have to take. I 10/10 recommended going to Back to Life and letting Carmello change your life.

I have known Carmello since high school, so over 20 years now. I was super hesitant to book my first massage let alone with someone I knew for that long. To me it was awkward. Or so I thought. I walked in and and I was greeted professionally. I was set down with paperwork so he could assess any pain points. I was just there to relax. Honestly one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had! This is coming from a former massage therapist. I have chronic pain and other health problems. Had an appt with another therapist who didn’t show up or answer phone. Being desperate I called around. This guy called me back instantly and rearranged his schedule to get me in. He was very professional. Made sure I was comfortable. Technique was incredible! Way more than someone just smearing oil all over. I came to Jose as my last resort hoping for some type of physical relief After leaving the ER and my PCP time and time again in excruciating pain with no answers or any help to my pain . I was able to call and explain my pain to Jose and without seeing me in person he could identify the location of my pain and could explain to me what massage I needed, why I needed it and what that massages could offer me! My first impressions were finally someone who knows what I’m talking about and how Im feeling!!! When I came in for my appointment Jose demonstrated where he would perform the massage and the areas that he would focus on due to the pain that I had and when he took me back the massage room it was set up, clean and ready for our session. The room was dark which was relaxing and the therapeutic oils and music helped sooth me getting me totally massage ready. After my 90 minute massage I was able to sit up, get dressed and walk around standing straight up compared to when I came in hunched over, shaking and crying in pain. I have to admit, Although my first choice was not to have a “male”masseuse Jose was very professional and respected me and allowed me to have a friend present during my massage. I would rate my overall experience with Jose a 10/10 he has been with out a doubt hands down the best masseuse I have ever had and I would highly recommend Jose for anyone that is looking for immediate pain relief including relief from muscle spasms, pinched nerves, sciatic nerves, tension and even hard to move patients. If you are looking for even a basic but next level massage you have come to the right place because Jose will go above and beyond for you!
