Shirley is the best! Not your typical massage. She knows the areas that need therapeutic care and she does an incredible job. I have been seeing her for several months and my body and mind are so grateful for her giftedness and creativity in her approach. I usually have a hard time finding someone I really trust and want to go back to continually, especially for more specialized work. She gives a both relaxing and skilled massage, specific to what my body needs to leave feeling so much better. I also find I have ongoing relief from discomfort. I highly recommend her.

I started going to Back in Touch Massage about 10 years ago. At that time Shirley was performing the typical techniques of the era and has since progressed to the MELT Method. I cannot say enough about this technique other than it’s FANTASTIC! I have chronic pain and this has relieved much of my problems. Try it ! I’m so grateful to have found Shirley! I was looking for a massage therapist in the area and stumbled upon her on Yelp. I thought from her photos that it seemed liked she had a warm energy about it her, and she sure does! She really makes you feel comfortable and at peace, she offers such a warm and inviting environment. I’ve been seeing her consistently since May and she’s helped with some shoulder issues as well as other tightness throughout. Her technique is gentle and effective. Definitely recommend!
