Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been getting monthly or bi-weekly massages for nearly three decades, during which time I have seen 40 +/- massage therapists. I have honestly found most to be quite mediocre. I worked with one therapist for more than 12 years, but she moved to FL during the summer of 2019. My search for a new therapist eventually – thankfully! – brought me to Louise last fall, after three or four mediocre experiences. Louise is exceptional! Or should I say, EXCEPTIONAL! She has a great massage technique and fabulous interpersonal skills. Her communication and follow-up are spot on! I was truly stunned to learn she is relatively new to the profession – she has been doing this for a little more than a year – as her abilities are FAR superior to many therapists I have seen who have many, many years of experience. I joked with my wife that I was reticent to write this review, as I fear it will help Louise become extremely busy (deservedly so!) and I might have difficulty in the future scheduling a “can you fit me in?” last-minute massage. LOLOL! But it is what it is… Louise is SO great I guess I’ll just have to hope she will still be able to fit me in for an unscheduled massage when needed. I have been getting monthly or bi-weekly massages for nearly three decades, during which time I have seen 40 +/- massage therapists. I have honestly found most to be quite mediocre. I worked with one therapist for more than 12 years, but she moved to FL during the summer of 2019. Due to her ability to listen and analyze my condition she was able to provide a treatment plan that enabled me to heal quicker. Even my Physical Therapist notice the improvements I made after incorporating massage into my heal process regiment! Went to Louise for some recovery/therapy on a few broken bones. Due to her ability to listen and analyze my condition she was able to provide a treatment plan that enabled me to heal quicker. Even my Physical Therapist notice the improvements I made after incorporating massage into my heal process regiment! I would highly recommend her!!!

Positive: ProfessionalismLouise is an amazing Massage therapist. She always can find my problem spots right away. She’s very professional and does a great job everyime ! I highly recommend her. I can’t give her higher then 5 stars… but she deserves so much more.
