Positive: Professionalism, QualityI followed my stylist (Shannon) to this salon when she moved and couldn’t be happier she did. Shannon does my color and highlights and understands my hair (curly) and works with me to get what I am looking for. She is super flexible, gives good advice and is a lovely person. She doesn’t push product but will give recommendations if you request. The salon itself is open, light, clean and has really warm front desk staff. I followed my stylist (Shannon) to this salon when she moved and couldn’t be happier she did. Shannon does my color and highlights and understands my hair (curly) and works with me to get what I am looking for. She is super flexible, gives good advice and is a lovely person. She doesn’t push product but will give recommendations if you request. The salon itself is open, light, clean and has really warm front desk staff. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give Catie 100 stars, I definitely would. She is such a fantastic stylist and makes every appointment an absolute blast. We have great conversation and she always has my hair looking incredible when she’s done. I have never had anything less than an amazing experience with Catie and Bacio Salon. I recently moved to the other side of Raleigh that put me further away from Bacio Salon and have absolutely no problem making the nearly 45 minute drive in order to keep going to Catie.The salon itself is so clean and very well kept and a friendly smile always greets you as soon as you walk through the door. I can’t imagine myself going anywhere else to get my hair done. I highly recommend Catie and all of the services she provided. Catie is the absolute best!!! She has been doing my hair for a while now and I won’t go to anyone else. I can show her a picture of what I want and she will do exactly that! She has great tips on how to style your hair and what products to use. She’s even offered to make me a tutorial video on how to style my bangs! As soon as I walked in I felt such positive energy from everyone in the building and a very warm welcoming from the lady at the front desk. Very sweet gal. I had a coloring and cut with Shannon who was so down to earth, very considerate of what I wanted to get done, and absolutely perfected the vision I had of my new hair! My coloring is beyond fabulous, seriously the best coloring I’ve had in all my years of getting it dyed. Shannon was so personable and also taught me so much about their beautiful products and even some cool science about hair in general! Hands down the BEST hair salon I’ve ever been to. As soon as I walked in I felt such positive energy from everyone in the building and a very warm welcoming from the lady at the front desk.
