First visit a couple of weeks ago (Oct 2021) was awesome! Went in for consult (first time getting hair done since early 2020 pre shutdown) and had seen excellent reviews online. Colleen was so professional and patient with my questions and hesitancy as I wasn’t sure what I wanted that I felt confident to go forward with color, cut and blow dry. I am SO glad I did, it turned out perfect! Colleen is indeed a master stylist!! Gianna made end result gorgeous. Nathalie is great at what she did. Products they use are wonderful. Everthing went so smoothly. Salon is clean & comfortable and I greatly appreciated their Covid safety protocols. And they are all so nice, Steve too. Will definitely be returning! Thanks, BACI team for making my experience so great!

Beautiful place, great value, the best hair colorist I have ever met. This Salon is a gem. I get compliments all the time about my hair. They use top quality products and my hair has never been healthier. Love my extensions. It’s a Hair Salon, like Steel Magnolias meets Hollywood.
