Gleni is Amazing at cutting and designs. Every time I show him a design for the side of my hair he not only gives me what I want but he also gives it such a nice twist. I found his place a couple years ago when the usual place I go was closed and I have been going there ever since. He really is amazing and I refer him to everyone I know.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy mother went for a hair cut appointment 11/26/21 after 2 years of abstaining due to the pandemic. Her hair length (3/4 down her back) allowed for any choice of styling. She went to her appointment to have her ends cleaned up and ended up with a SHORT BOB! She was shocked and undoubtedly started to tear up. The man proceeded to tell her “ I wanted to impress you with my skill and thought you’d appreciate a different length”. EXCUSE ME? Since when does someone go to a salon intending to pay for something they did NOT want??? Not only was the cut a hack job but the coloring was unacceptable as well. The overall color did not cover the roots and is not consistent through out. A second attempt was made to correct the color. An apology was necessary and not given…and clearly unprofessionally handled. Do not recommend. The staff is friendly enough but one is not just paying for friendliness but quality work as well. Everything was fine till one of the men there said they could cut a girl’s hair and cut it all wrong the truth he f????ed it up my grandaughter had her hair so long and beautiful I only wanted it trimmed cause of split ends.

I came in to get my eyebrows threaded, I said I wanted just a clean up. She shaped my perfectly shaped eyebrow differently which I didn’t want a different shape, I just wanted a clean up. She just didn’t change the shape, but she spaced out my eyebrows to much as well. While she was doing my eyebrows, she was on her phone and she kept walking back and forth to the front counter to say something to a customer and to another worker. My eyebrows are now messed up, I now gotta buy oils to make my eyebrows grow more faster so when my eyebrows grow back, I’m gonna walk all the way to the mall to get them done instead of going somewhere closer to my house. I tried it once because this was close to my house and only $6, but I won’t do it again. I was gonna get a haircut too, just to get some fresh layers, but luckily I didn’t because imagine what they would’ve done to my hair. I’m really fixated on my eyebrows, I like when they look nice and everything. But thanks for me trying to try someplace new, Baci has ruined my eyebrows, and this experience for me. No wonder why they are so cheap. Cheap prices = Cheap Quality at the one and only, Baci Hair and Nail Salon.
