Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I could give these girls 10 stars I would! I went to them awhile back, and loved my nails. But with my schedule, hadn’t been able to catch them, when I had time. So, I had gone to another nail salon, which was decent, the first 2 times, but got lazy. I was so unhappy. Knowing they closed at 7 last night, I took a chance and stopped in close to 630. The owner took me in, and stayed late. I have had issues in the past, if it was near closing time, they rush your nails. Not this woman!! She took her time, and stayed late for me. And I was shocked at the reasonable price when she was done! I LOVE this salon! I recommend any nail tech there! And that’s saying a lot coming from me. If I could give these girls 10 stars I would! I went to them awhile back, and loved my nails. But with my schedule, hadn’t been able to catch them, when I had time. So, I had gone to another nail salon, which was decent, the first 2 times, but got lazy. I was so unhappy. Knowing they closed at 7 last night, I took a chance and stopped in close to 630. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWrost all new ppl there I was there from 2:30 _ 6:30pm my appointment was at 2 but they changed it to 2:30. Didn’t get what I want at all was tired and hungry the boss fished my nails and the gel is coming off and it looks like a 5 year old did them was told to come back Monday morning but didn’t cuz why would I so unprofessional works was on their phones and FaceTime ppl like really rhe music was R and there was kids in there.my thump the paint fell off. The facility was very clean and staff was very professional and welcoming! I got a full acrylic set on my toes done by Gladys and they came out amazing. I showed her an inspiration photo and she delivered and then some! She was very sweet and attentive to detail.I had a full set done by Jessie and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’ve been searching for awhile for a new nail tech and I FINALLY found the best of the best! She was very welcoming and attentive to what I wanted, she took her time and was diligent and thorough with her work. I will definitely be back! Thank you ladies for pampering me today!
