I have been a loyal customer to this shop for years. I have been more then vocal about the issues I’ve experienced and I do not feel like the professional thing was done. This week I went for service and this was the straw that broke the camels back. The nail tech refused to do my designs I’m not upset with paying for a service but i want to be served when I asked why he was doing this in a playful manner he answered because “I am tired, you need to come in the am for this” he should have refused the service if he was tired he left nails unfinished and cut my finger and poorly shaped them. It’s a lazy half done job. I’ve been cut multiple times here and I’ve vocalized that after 2 days my toes are already chipping since service. I work many jobs I’ve had to come back to fix issues made next day or during that week multiple times here which is a strain on my time and gas. I always tip and come with pictures I’ve only walked out with what I asked for a handful of time. I’ve refused service from one of the technicians who is nice but unfortunately does not understand me and cannot understand what I am saying when I refuse the sugar scrub. I have involved the owner she gave me an apology but I would have preferred for my No to be respected because my service was done incorrectly again… when I told the owner this at the end of my service she did offer to fix it but I had class and could not stay it was fixed this week but it’s chipping after 2 days. The owner waxed my lip did not change the wax stick beforehand and proceeded with a dirty eyebrow razor on my top lip after the wax it left me burning and breaking out of the skin is happening. I’m not coming here again I’m not doing my services in HARRISBURG ever AGAIN.

The experience was less than pleasant. When my daughter and I walked in (around 4:15pm) we weren’t acknowledged or greeted. No eye contact from anyone … nothing… so, after standing in the walkway for about 5-7 minutes, so I said we would like to get pedicures do you know who we should talk to about that (to someone sitting in the nail drying station seats up front. She motioned over to a lady providing a nail service to a patron who then looked up and and said “can I help you” to which I respond “we would both would like a pedicure”. The lady said “ok”and paused and said nothing else. I waited a little while and then said “should we pick a color or how does this work? “ (This is usually how things work in nail salons) she said “oh yes”. I walked over to the polish carousel, but did not care for the colors available, so I asked if there were more colors. She then said for me to wait until we were in the chair. I asked how long of a wait, she said “do you want the pedicures together? “I said they didn’t have to be together, or whatever makes this convenient for you guys”. She said “oh ok they’re ready for you both now. “ We walk over to the chairs, the lady began filling the basin with water and asks that we wait to put our feet in as the water could be too hot. (We complied) when it was time to put our feet in the young lady motioned for us to put our feet in, so we do so. The water was ice cold(but sure how this mistake was made but it’s a mistake) we both said the water is very cold(she apologizes and runs more water on the basins until we are comfortable). Now there is another young lady helping who then provides us some books of color to choose from, and asks if we would like acrylic on our toes to even out the length differences on our toes we both say sure(I assume if you ask a question such as this you would be well versed in this sort of practice ….boy was I wrong) neither of them knew how to do this efficiently and when asked to even out the size because it obviously too long, the young ladies seemed confused. It took 3 people to get it right for my daughter and some guy instructed the young lady who was doing mine a few times. I even asked him since he knows what needs to be done, if he could just do it to save on time. He just walked away( ♀️ ♀️)it was so bad I said “Can I see the drill and file so i can fix it.” I ended up shaping my own toe nails and demanding they put on a clear coat and cut down my daughter’s nails. I explained three times there was not a clear coat on the nails, she didn’t understand and again the guy came over and another lady had to come over and explain what it was that I was saying. She kept telling my daughter she was finished, when she was not finished. Now I know this seems petty, but I question, if this is your arena and you (nail tech) are the expert in this moment, why is it that I have to teach basic customer service skills, customer etiquette, And how to shape a nail(especially when I paid you 140.00 ) what the heck am I paying you for? Needless to say I won’t be back, and I have to say, if we have to demand customer service of those due to provide it, then why are we patronizing these sort of businesses? Not to mention not getting any color on my nails, because I was so frustrated and irritated. The place closed at 7:00, and we were being rushed out the door by 6:30. Idk about anyone else, but I don’t want to inconvenience anyone so I chose not to get color on my toes. But this is subpar and we as customers should demand more.

Was treated to my first pedicure ever by my sister. What an amazing experience. The technicians were professional, clean, thorough and good at their craft. Got the classic package which included foot and calve exfoliation, lotion massage on calves, foot massage, chair massage and cuticle and sole filing along with polish. The cost was about $45 and well worth it. Will probably treat myself every other month. The techs did a thorough cleaning of their work areas after each customer.

The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean however I asked for a full acrylic set natural look with gel polish top coat I like my nails round what I got was all different shapes some are pointy some crooked and when I told her they weren’t right she just made it worse so I said forget it and paid $38 to be unhappy and unsatisfied I know you’re probably thinking why did you pay then well that’s because I suffer with chronic migraines and today was not a great day so I was in no mood to get into a confrontation so I took it as a loss but will never return to this shop.

I left a review about a month ago about all of my nails breaking constantly and being charged for all of the repairs. She already charges me $10 per repair because my nails are longer than average. She text me personally so I went ahead and took the review down because she told me she was upset that I would do that to her. Here we are a month later, $200 for a brand new set of nails thinking that may be these would stay on longer. Not even two weeks later (no lie) five of my nails have fallen off already. I text the owner, Sydney to notify her cordially. She decided to ignore me and never text me back. I gave her 24 hours to answer me. She still hasn’t. I told her that I would go ahead and put the review right back on Google as well as find a new tech. so that everybody else can see what kind of s* show they run. Overpriced and CHEAP material. Just DON’T GO! Simple.

Critical: QualityWent in for a full set and pedicure.. my toe nails are uneven and rough. Gel is lumpy and not done well on my toes . My nails are awful from the paint to the shape. I have acrylic clumped on the top and underneath my nails. It was rushed and looks zero like the photo I provided. She over filed my natural nails as-well burnt me more than once.I gave a photo and told her more than once. I will never ever go back. Also I noticed that many customers left unhappy. Cleanliness is a problem. I didn’t like that they did not wipe the nail surface with a clean cloth or paper towel. I also don’t like the use of a obviously used Emory nail file on my hands. Yuck.
