Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went to get human hair braids done by Marie. I came with my own hair because I wanted them straight and they only had wavy. After about 10-15 braids she stopped and showed me that the hair I had wasn’t any good. It was shredded and my own hair was actually longer than the braid hair one it was installed. She recommended the store next door because I was dropped off to my appointment. I went and grabbed more hair but they only had one pack. Marie walked over to the hair store with me and showed me the hair to get. It was cheaper in price and better quality than what I had. She took those other braids out and started over. I went to get human hair braids done by Marie. I came with my own hair because I wanted them straight and they only had wavy. After about 10-15 braids she stopped and showed me that the hair I had wasn’t any good. It was shredded and my own hair was actually longer than the braid hair one it was installed. Day of my appointment the stylist was an hour late and then they wanted to charge a complete different price then what the OWNER quoted me. Walked in to make an appointment with a picture of what I wanted done. I was given an appointment time and a price. Day of my appointment the stylist was an hour late and then they wanted to charge a complete different price then what the OWNER quoted me. I called a week prior to make an appointment for my daughter and was told to come on Friday 08/20/2021 her appointment was for 10 am. Upon arriving all the chairs were filled with other clients getting box braids. My thing is do not tell me to be there at a certain time only for you to turn me around and tell me to come back at 3pm. To me that is very inconsiderate and very unprofessional maybe I had to be at work by 3pm or maybe I had other prior engagements time management is essentia. My time is very important to me. I called a week prior to make an appointment for my daughter and was told to come on Friday 08/20/2021 her appointment was for 10 am. Upon arriving all the chairs were filled with other clients getting box braids. My thing is do not tell me to be there at a certain time only for you to turn me around and tell me to come back at 3pm.
