The service is incredible, they are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable!! This was my first time getting a facial, SO WORTH IT! They got all of my blackheads out and made my face feel like it was basically reborn. The service is incredible, they are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable!! This was my first time getting a facial, SO WORTH IT! Positive: Professionalism, QualityI never write reviews but I absolutely had to. The massage I had today was the best one I’ve ever gotten. Becca was absolutely phenomenal and I left feeling amazing. The spa is so cute and such a relaxing vibe even when you first walk in. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and I just loved it so much. I can’t wait to come back!!

I was so relaxed. Jen really cares and takes care of her clients. The best part is my skin is shining like a ! I have been going to the Baah spa for years to get my massages which are fantastic. However, I decided I would try something new this time and booked a facial with Jen. Wearing these masks for 9-12 hours a day really takes a toll so I figured I’d give a facial a shot. Well… let me tell you! Jen went above and beyond my expectations as to what a great facial entails. My husband got me a gift certificate for our anniversary last year, and after a year of procrastinating I finally texted this week for their first available openings for both a facial and massage. Luckily they had an opening for today, which just happens to be my anniversary, so I booked it (I loved being able to book over text—SO CONVENIENT!) and immediately after checking in was shown to a room for my facial. The person who did my facial was attentive and made sure everything was to my comfort, and asked several questions about my skin to make sure the facial was perfect for me. Everything felt so soothing and most of it even smelled nice, something I can’t say for all facials. AND. My skin looks AMAZING. Even my husband noticed. Bright and clear! After that I sat for a few minutes and waited for my massage. I had the same experience there—the best massage of my life! She asked if there was anything she should be aware of, I let her know about my lower back pain that’s very touch-sensitive, and then followed an hour of bliss. Usually massage hurts me at some point, but her pressure was really spot on and flowed beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The only thing I can suggest is larger robes. I’m a size 24 and it were pretty snug. But the atmosphere is lovely, the music isn’t intrusive or boring, and the people were really friendly. Great experience.
