Really happy with my color. Amanda was great and the mini head massage she gave me after washing out the color was sooo nice and relaxing! All the staff is super sweet and welcoming and I saw several of them help each other out multiple times. My only complaint was how hectic and busy the salon is. Especially with my mask on, I felt my stylist maybe wasn’t able to hear me and I could have communicated better with her. It was soo loud in there. I think if I return, I will be coming as late in the day as possible.

Yea.. I hate to be that person, especially since you have nothing, but 5 star reviews. This upsets me. I came in for a keratin treatment because I have been having really bad split ends and breakage and a trim. However, I stateted that and that doesn’t mean pull and yank on my hair and rip a brush aggressively through my hair. I saw rhe clumps coming out. I will not name who my stylist was out of respect, but I was unhappy. She was nice, but awkward and didn’t engage much. I was in a lot of discomfort the entire time although I tried to be very respectful and cooperative during the whole session. I was scheduled for about a 2 hour block of time and I was there for 3 hours and some change. She applied the treatment and washed my hair 2x. I’m waiting and waiting for when we get to do the cut, because i did mention breifly what im looking for, and she straighten my hair and that seemed to be the end of the session. She must’ve slipped in a few snips here and there, but $45 dollars for a few snips?? I didn’t even get cut what I wanted. Just had my ends thinned out. When she was straightening my hair she pulled out a brush that had not touched my head yet and it had hair already in the bristles from someone prior. Brushed my hair with an unclean brush?? Yet i still didn’t say anything because at that point it was 3 hours and her next client was already waiting. After this the bill was 285 and I still tipped 20% on top of that. I am happy with the treatment itself. I was unhappy with the awkward service and getting charged for something I really didn’t get. I don’t know if I will be coming back because this was my first impression of the place. I might change my review to 5 stars if something can be done. I’m sorry to bring your rating down because of this.

Today was my first time going to BA Salon, my sister in law always highly recommended it. From the second you walk in till the moment you leave it’s a relaxing experience! The waiting area has the cutest decorations and there are many products from personal hair care products to gifts for family and friends. The owner Beth Anne has a gem of a salon here. Highly recommend visiting this amazing salon. I definitely will be returning again and again!
