Dirty establishment. Beds were old and bulbs were weak. When I spoke to the owner, she rolled her eyes and told me if I wasn’t happy to go elsewhere. They were only open at their convenience. Never again will Igo. I’m so glad I didn’t get a membership. I do not recommend this place at all. Tanning

Agree with other reviewers: the location sometimes closed without notice, during regular hours. Tanning bulbs were sometimes burned out, too; management/staff didn’t seem to care. The beds were decent, though, and it was convenient distance to my home. But my biggest problem is that I had to call for a refund when they kept charging my card for months after I cancelled my membership. Hopefully it’s all resolved now, but that wasn’t cool.

The absolute filthiest tanning establishment I’ve ever been to, and then when I informed the owner that she had bulbs out in every bed; she just smiled and said, “if you don’t like it go somewhere else!” Also they only seem to be opened when it’s convenient for them! When I cancelled my membership, it took me 3 months of calling and complaining to get my fees back every month until my membership was finally cancelled!

This is a terrible establishment . After I cancelled my membership, they continued to charge my account. I spoke to Kelly and Megan multiple times about this issue, and even though it was admittedly their mistake, they were very rude when I would call them. They kept saying they would mail me a check. I still have yet to receive a dime of my money back.

Terrible tanning establishment. Beds are dusty under acrylic, bulbs burned out, high end bed has been broken for months and nobody seems to care. I took my business to Baja in Sinking Spring.

Closes whenever they want, today they closed at 645pm when they are scheduled to close at 8pm. I have been paying for the velocity tan bed and have not been able to use it at all since its been broken and they are waiting for the part to fix it for almost a month now!

I agree with the other posts. I used to tan here and they closed several times with out notice. Do to my husbands job and my kids i only have certain times i can come and tan. Happened twice in 1 week!
