Brittany was wonderful! We used B.Young services for hair and makeup on our wedding day. Leading up to the event, she and her team were very communicative, flexible and accommodating– we were able to tailor what we wanted to fit our budget and made little last minute adjustments as needed. Day of, Brittany was fun and professional- she was timely and organized, and contributed to the fun, relaxed vibe in our bridal suite with conversation and music. Best of all, she is so talented! My wife, our bride squad, and I all have very different styles, hair and skin types, etc. and she was able to give everyone exactly what they wanted (including styling dreads!) Two big thumbs up to B. Young–highly recommend!

Brittany’s salon is SO cute, cozy, & her whole team is awesome. She did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my wedding reception! I will say, if you’re planning to have hair/makeup done for an event, definitely do the trial, unless you know EXACTLY what you want for both. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but after the trial, we were able to figure out exactly what we were going for, and it turned out perfectly on the day of. Thanks Brittany!!

I called and set up an appointment for bleach and tone as a new client. I took time off work, arranged childcare, and arrived for my appointment on time. After I sat down, the stylist informed me that she did not have enough time to help me because my new growth was too long for the service I booked. I absolutely understand that my appointment would have taken a long time, but I did not choose a service when I called and spoke to the receptionist. I requested bleach and toner for my roots, but at no point did anyone ask me the length of my regrowth, the date of my last salon appointment, to send a picture, or to come in for a consultation. She told me I was booked for “The Maintenance,” but I never chose that or had any idea what it entailed. I just assumed based on the good reviews that they would have allotted enough time or requested more information if needed. Bleach and tones sometimes require foils or double processing, and I totally understand that. I can’t speak to the quality of their services, but I hope this can be used as a learning experience moving forward so this doesn’t happen to another potential client. I think most working women know how hard it is to get time to go to the salon (hello my long regrowth), and it’s not as easy as just booking a new appointment next week. So, ask for a consultation and make sure to go into detail about your current hair so you don’t end up in the same situation as me.

Lauren is the absolute best! After noticing an unfortunate incident of a different hair stylist using permanent black dye on my hair, she was able to quickly work that out and did an amazing dark red toner on my hair to cancel out the discoloration from the permanent dye. I was able to achieve such a beautiful cherry cola with only a toner thanks to Lauren!

i called just to see if this salon sold hair growth treatment, and the manager kristen was amazing. she helped answer all of my questions and recommended a product that has worked for a lot of customers and herself! i’m SO looking forward to trying this product. i’m glad i called this salon and not any other one!! Superb! Shannon did my hair, and it’s my favorite it has been in years! The color is phenomenal, and it has held up for a couple months so far. The salon is super cool, relaxed, and clean. The owner, Brittany, is the best. She’s so sweet and helpful. The front desk staff and other stylists are great, as well. You just feel like you’re hanging out with great friends when you arrive.
