This place totally ruined my nails I was in Syracuse for my dad’s funeral. I was there much longer than anticipated. I needed a manicure and went here to the mall. Without asking me they assumed I had gel nails (which I don’t) and I asked for a regular French manicure. Not knowing (as I live in California and have a regular manicurist) she started sanding down my nails to take the polish off. Now i know she should not have done this on my regular nails. She should have asked. A month later my nails are brittle and are breaking down low which I have never experienced. In retrospect I should have done my own nails.

The place I always go to was closed so this was my last option, first time going to this salon. I asked for a basic full set white dip powder. She cut them slanted and kept telling me later later later. Was so harsh on my nails they hurt. She cut me trying to clean the side of my nail. She shorten them way too much and kept telling me next time to get them longer when I did want them long she just kept drilling them down. Almost told her to completely take them off, it was that bad. Would not recommend, worst nail experience ever.

I always go to phill but he was not there so I got jay… he did an awful job on my nails…. He wouldn’t file them the way I asked so I had to do it when u got home. The acrylic was put on so sloppy and was all over my hands. He told me I couldn’t have gold because it wouldn’t look right…. Even though I had a picture which I personally loved.He was so rough with my hands too. I would of went back and got them all removed but I was going on vacation the next day.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to this nail salon since they opened over ten years ago . During , different times I always encounter a nail tech who insists on telling me that my nails are crooked . Well, this time I made sure since I haven’t had nails in months due to opening my new business…I made sure to pay attention to the whole application process .If you see the actual tips are placed on side ways . The nail text took the tips off the first time then reapplied and they still came out side ways . Once he started putting the acrylic powder on I explained they were still not right . He continued and then called over someone and began to talk about me and laugh . He advised I needed to wait until he shaped them . This was the final shape at this point I stated I think you might want to ask someone to help because they are not going to come out right . The second male came and said he didn’t see anything wrong with the shapes or structure. They stated I was complaining and they were fine . I wasted a hour while they did this then they clipped them with clippers and placed my nails in a manicure dish with acetone . Being a mall store owner myself I was appalled at the lack of professionalism I was given . I closed my store to come get a service and went back with nothing . The manager stated we are not refusing to do your nails your not happy with the shape and I stated I am taking pics of the shape and structure to post to show your customers not to accept anything close to this .I will NOT support disrespect anymore if you have gone here or are thinking and this has happened we have to make a stand of this will continue!Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures, Manicure, Acrylic nailsI have been going to this nail salon since they opened over ten years ago . Pedicure was fine!!!. Acrylic nails…… The putting on tips was fine, but when it came down yo her having a picture in her face of what I wanted was Horrible.. What I wanted seemed simple enough just with more than 1 color. The execution was an epic fail, she had No idea what she was doing and the workers walking around looking and talking about it without giving any assistance but want me yo pay 70$ for nails alone…. Horrible customer service I’m never going back again

My wife, my 3 year old daughter and her friend came here to get their nails done. Both were getting full sets which were $25ea. About halfway through, they told my wife that because the shape she wanted, they were charging another $10 more, supposed it was longer than normal. Her friend was charged $5 more for what was thought to be a basic full set, the flat tip and only the first quarter from the top is white, and they nicked two of her fingers, making her bleed, yet still charged her for more than advertised. My wife had a color picked out for our daughter when the lady who was assisting them decided that color was too “ugly” and swapped to a different color without approval and applied it…It was the same color my wife got her nails done at. Overall, my wife still has to go home to fix her nails because they didnt refine the curve correctly.

I’ve been getting pedicures for many many years, and I have to say “ that was THE WORST pedicure I ever had!! The young lady who gave me mine was SO ruff. She had my toes bleeding in the first 10 minutes. She knew she did that and didn’t even apologize. And when she was filling my heels it hurt so bad I almost asked her if she was grading cheese ! I did explain to her that it hurt but I don’t think she understood me. On top of I was rushed out so she could get more clients. After tipping her 25% which I shouldnt have, I will never go back there again and I suggest anybody reading this… don’t waste your time!
