I came to this place because of their high reviews. And I left with so much more. My nails were done in such a delicate and detailed manner. Brandy was so sweet and great to talk to. The only downside is there is always a long wait, but hey thats not necessarily a bad thing. High demand equals high value.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Walked in wasn’t even greeted or asked what service I needed. Finally was approched and let the lady know I needed a pedicure and 2 acrylic sets. Didn’t tell me an estimated wait time or anything, I waited almost an hour to get no type of assistance or at least the courtesy of letting me know an estimated wait time. Aside from the wait, the guy that works there is extremely rude. Never again will I come back here, I’d rather give my money to someone else. If I could give this place zero stars I would!

This used to be my favorite place. The work is very good. But today I went with my mom we got there a lil before 1 and they started doing her till 2:30 so I wait for my turn and tinna tells me she had an app at 2:30 so I had to wait until she finished her but it was already 3 and she was bearly gonna start with her. That lady had walked in around 1 something and made and app at 2:30 and left while I waited there the whole time. Like really you should have told me and I would’ve made an app when I got there and just waited for my turn too! So I’m not going back time to look for a new place. Just so when you go and it’s packed make an app for an hr after or else someone else is gonna walk in like nothing and take your place.

I’m in love with my nails…I got diamonds on one finger..its been 2 weeks and not one diamond has fallen off or loosened….great service….the designs are good…good staff…plus me and my daughters got nails and they are happy with their nails as well…family time…I truly recommend this place….

Used to be my favorite place. Been coming for a long time now and have left several times for the same reason. They never want to do your work if you come in an hour before they closed always in a rush to leave. Seems like after you become their every week costumer they turn you away. Cheap prices but seriously not worth the wait and the disappointment. Time to find a new place
