Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOmg where do I start with these unprofessional black ppl. I am up at 3am writing this review so listen up. First I arrived with a 11am and 11:30 appointment system is messed up and no appointments are available. I get a call 2 hrs later about a cancelation and think ok we getting somewhere now Jesus I should have listen to my gut SMH over priced for 1 they charged my 132 for my daughter lemonade brides and 65 for 6 plains cornrows in my son hair. Notw that is my problem they was so plain and simple when I clearly told the lady designs.my son had just hair at the top now a full head to braid and yes 6 basic cornrows with no design at all 65 flat. The stylish that did my daughter hair omg very unprofessional for a salon worker she kept stopping and walking away from clients and complaining SMH when I bring it to the guy at front desk attention I guess he is the receptionist and husband of the woman that owns the place cuz he then tell me after my complaint about the stylish by telling me that she is their best braider …….. these ppl got 200 out me and the service was very bad for a first time also the actions your stylist is making is what stylist do out their homes not out a shop you guys have to do better not a good place guys guys im just saying.Service: HairstylingOmg where do I start with these unprofessional black ppl. Omg where do I start with these unprofessional black ppl. I am up at 3am writing this review so listen up. First I arrived with a 11am and 11:30 appointment system is messed up and no appointments are available. Critical: CleanlinessSo my daughter went and got her hair done in may 2021. Before my daughter went to this braiding gallery her hair was fine. While her braids was in she was complaining of pain in her head. So I decided to take her hair out to wash it. As time went on her hair started to get worse. You couldn’t touch it , im thinking it was just sore from her braids been in her head for 2 months. I started to notice her scalp turning red swelling up , you couldn’t touch it she couldn’t be in the sun due to the pain. So I decided to walk my daughter into urgent care to seek help. The results i got was very shocking and depressing. Come to find out my daughter caught a staff infection in her head due to them not cleaning there combs and brushes and digging in my daughter scalp with these dirty combs. My daughter never had anything wrong with her head until she went to the salon to get her hair done. My daughter hair falling out she cant go outside because the sun hurts her head.
