I have Been coming to this salon for a few years now and today I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I was overpriced and over charged and even after may nails were cut and my skin was cut very deep I still had to pay full amount for something that I didn’t even ask for I’m very disappointed in the service and in the quality from how it used to be.

Had the best acrylic fill done here by Tina. She was very meticulous about my nails looking as natural as possible. She filed them and smoothed them until they were perfect. Would definitely come back back and ask for her. There’s a reason they’ve been in business since the 80s!

Started coming here a month ago and was assigned “Anny”. She did my pedicure exactly how I asked her to do it and I also like her confidence. She is friendly and thorough. So I brought my wife here and my wife also likes Anny. We are glad to feel welcome at B.Q. and to know that we have someone who can competently do our pedicures.

I should’ve gotten up the 2nd time Tina said 10 more minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour with my feet already in the tub. She let 2 clients go before me (even if I arrived first) because these girls were upset about waiting and about to walk out. They took advantage of my being nice because they were too greedy and didn’t want to lose others’ business. Too bad you just lost mine .

They rush your nails !! She didn’t even file my nails when I told her she said @Orry I have to go pack up my son” but still wanted me to pay full price (which I did) in less than a week I had to come back because my nails cracked and I needed them to be redone AND THEY CJARGED ME TJREE DOLLARS PER NAILS. If they would’ve taken their time I wouldn’t have had to continue to come back. I only went back to them to get my nails redone because I couldn’t find the gel color that was on the rarest of my nails at another nails shop . I’ve been getting my nails done for over ten years and have never experienced anything like this . When I went the last time there were four angry customers there complaining because they didn’t do they’re job right . I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL

HORRIBLE! Went there 3/2017 with my daughter’s to have mani-pedi’s for my daughter’s wedding and the woman my daughter got was awful to her. Wouldn’t listen to anything she was asking for and when asked why my daughter was starting to cry she told her “cause you’re not listening to me. I asked for shorter nails and you said, ‘no longer is better. I asked for a certain shape, you said no this is better.'” The woman ending throwing the nail clippers at my daughter and told her to cut them herself. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! (Only reason I gave them 1 star instead of 0 is because google wouldn’t accept no stars.)
