well when i went in i asked for a mani pedi and wax they told me to pick color waited 15 min to be put in pedi chair waited 20 more min for someone to attempt to do my toes all while being patient the daughter of the owner begin to do my pedi first mistake is i didnt get get any cuticle soak on my feet but she begin to scrub cuticle i let that by then i ask if the could get the side ingrowns pulled and she said no…………….. i was cool with her not being able to do so because obviously she is there to help her parents business…………. cool but its my money i want what i want and if it cant be given then i dont want it…….. so ill just get the mani and wax i even apologized to the young lady that started because i can be picky i offered to pay for the service that was rendered‼️ i then was refused any more service atp i couldnt get a mani or wax and also told to find elsewhere to get serviced and just to think ive been going to them since her kids where kids and they where by hibbet sports ♀️ hurt and disappointed is and understatement but PEACE and BLESSINGS

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueA HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. I would give 0 stars if I was able to. Both owners are rude and extremely unprofessional. I asked for a simple American style manicure and did not receive it. The gel polish is splotchy, and the white lines are way too thick and uneven. There are spots on my nails without any polish at all. I feel that the service was rushed and sloppy. I addressed the issues with the owner who did my nails and she suggested that I go to another nail salon to see if I like what they could do more. TERRIBLE customer service if you are an AFRICAN AMERICAN I would not recommend 3 times in a row I went in to simply get my eye brows arched literally when they just opened and EVERY time I am told that I will have an hour wait spend your hard earned dollars else where if you are black our money is not appreciated there!!!!! They always do an ok job on my nails and eyebrows, however customer service could be better. Owner ALWAYS has an attitude and doesn’t greet you when you come inside. She just looks at you, after you sit down and asks you : “What you want?” Or “What are you getting done?”
