The picture with the red marks is from the guy rushing to do my nails. I wanted a fill in and they told me it would be $45. (Most places charge 15). They also only told me they do gel nails.. I’ve only ever gotten acrylic. Anyway, the guy doesn’t trim my actual nails underneath, the finish overall is so bumpy and rough and here we are, four days after I’ve gotten them done and and one of my nails pops off.

I am very disappointed in the service I received at this place. I had the grandmother of the business give me a pedicure and the outcome looked like a 5-year-old painted my toes. The polish was very clumpy and painted outside of my toenail. I shared my complaint with the owner/manager and he said it was because of my toenails were shaped. I should have known this wasn’t the right place for me to go for a service because I did not feel welcomed and when I walked in there was no one inside getting any service. I do not recommend B nalis to anyone.

Update: The Polish is peeling off my nails the day after getting it done. Two days after and they look awful. I’ll have to redo them in the next day or two. The polish is flaking off really bad. Very disappointed. They charge too much to be using cheap polish. My cuticles are not manicured well either. Everything else was great tho. Still, premium price demands premium results.
