Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDO NOT GO HERE! They do not properly clean their nail tools!! I was in a pinch and decided to stop here for a quick manicure before my workout class. The technician who did my nails pulled her tools out from a drawer. I asked 2 times if the tools had been cleaned/soaked in barbicide- but the technician did not respond to me. Then another technician came over and told me not to worry and that they were clean. My gut told me to leave but I made the mistake of staying and continuing with the service. Well here I am a week later with PARONYCHIA (infection in my nail)! It is very painful and I am worried it will get worse so I have to go to my doctor to get antibiotics. It’s on my right ring finger but I feel it starting on my left pinky finger also. I am so disgusted and disappointed that I went here. They should not be in buisness!! The entire salon was so dirty too (first red flag). Save yourself the trouble and go to another, clean, professional nail salon. Avoid this place at all costs! DO NOT GO HERE! They do not properly clean their nail tools!! I was in a pinch and decided to stop here for a quick manicure before my workout class. The technician who did my nails pulled her tools out from a drawer. I asked 2 times if the tools had been cleaned/soaked in barbicide- but the technician did not respond to me.
