Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I literally just left there and this is what my nails look like. My four year old niece would have done a better job. This is the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. When I spoke kindly with the owner, she argued with me and would not listen to why I was not a satisfied customer. Went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I literally just left there and this is what my nails look like. My four year old niece would have done a better job. This is the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. When I spoke kindly with the owner, she argued with me and would not listen to why I was not a satisfied customer. She asked me what I needed, I told her a complete set, and she told me she doesn’t do long nails, which is a lie because I’ve gotten my nails done there before ughhh.Anyways it was empty she had one client. She had more people working and told me to wait 30 mins nobody was doing nails but they were working because when I walked in some ladies were paying so they were working. Anyways I decided to leave. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go for it. Guys. The reviews you see for this business is true. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my mom to get her nails done today and already saw that their business had a VERY LOW RATING. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go for it. Guys. The reviews you see for this business is true. DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in and the first thing the technicians did was tell us that we could not afford certain services. On top of that, they TOLD us what we needed rather than explaining the different services. The lights were dim and the environment did not look clean. They ended NOT doing her sns and put 3 coats of nail polish. It ended up coming off the min she came home. They didn’t even dry her nails. They were extremely pushy and pushed my mom to pick different colors than what she wanted. My mom isn’t used to nail service so she went along with it.
