My hair was supposed to be cut one length by Carrie Bolden and this is what I got. Worst hair cut of my life. I lost inches more than I wanted to have cut off just to even this mess out. When I left there was someone waiting for her to fix their hair color that had been messed up on a previous visit. Refused to refund my money.

Have been going to this salon for over 2 1/2 years. Just got on here for the first time and am totally astounded at some of the tacky remarks. I have driven over two hours to get to this wonderful shop and for the best in coloring, cuts, nails and when I have time, the BEST massage available. All of these ladies and gentlemen are the best you can find. Just realize if you are having issues it’s probably because you have issues with everything you do.

Save yourself time and money and don’t get your hair done here. I got my hair cut and lightened and it’s awful. The color is so bad I’m having to pay someone to completely redo it. And every time I look at the cut I get more upset. I waited along time for my bangs to grow out to the rest of my hairs length and the stylist went and cut it trying to do a feather look but wasn’t successful. It doesn’t blend in with the rest of my hair it just looks like bangs . This salon has bad reviews for a reason

Scamming people and rent their spaces out to non qualified workers. Save your money. They will not refund you when they butcher your hair. I’m shocked at how unprofessional this business is. Customers deserve better than cheap fake hole punched extensions.
