Critical: Quality, ValueWent in around 9am thought I’d save myself my usual drive to chesapeake since this is close to my house. Asked for a full set & pedicure, both gel. Halfway through my rushed WIDE SQUARE full set (i asked for tapered square) the lady informed me my total would be $95. Sounds pretty normal. Again, after my rushed “pedicure”, The lasting thing all of about 10 minutes, I proceeded to hand her $100 and told her I did not need change back even though I did not like my services I was still willing to tip her since she was the only worker in the shop, she then proceeds to tell me that my total is $130! EXCUSE ME!?!?!? For a basic polish which by the way my feet still have dead skin on them…..will not be returning.UPDATE: less than 48 hours later my gel is peeling. UNACCEPTABLE! Halfway through my rushed WIDE SQUARE full set (i asked for tapered square) the lady informed me my total would be $95. Sounds pretty normal. I have been to this salon for years and I have never had a bad experience here. Hanna has been a nail technician for over 20 years! She takes her time and makes sure that you leave the salon satisfied with the services you come in for. The water temperature used for manicures and pedicures have always met my expectations and they would accommodate your needs if you wanted the water to be warmer/cooler. The tools are steriled after every use and are put into sterilization bags. All the employees there are very welcoming, friendly, and always provide quality service! Highly recommended for anyone looking to get their nails/toes done. Their welcoming hospitality and exceptional service is the reason why I have been a returning customer for years!

I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I paid $70 for a gel manicure and pedicure. Within two days my polish started peeling. So I went back, they had the audacity to not want to change my polish for free. That blew my mind like I just paid y’all $70 two days ago. My damn polish should NOT be peeling. Me trying a new spot was not worth it!! Next time I’ll just have to wait for my Nail tech. I feel like they use cheap products, very unprofessional…Never again!!

My daughter and I have had wonderful experiences with our nail technician. She is always pleasant. She always ask if we are happy with her work. If there is something I would like done differently, she does it wthout question. They are reasonably priced and I would recommend them to anyone.
