Love being in Bre’s chair! She’s friendly, personable, has the best stories and always seems genuinely happy to see me. I love that she takes her time to do things the right way instead of feeling like she’s squeezing me in with several other clients in the same time frame. Critical: ProfessionalismI had contacted the company about my haircut being botched and they said that they would fix it. I appreciate the offer, but I would prefer not to go back to a place that didn’t even get a haircut/trim right in the first place. So I asked for a refund and it says it’s against store policy, yet I don’t see that on their webpage. $30 for a haircut that looked like I got it done at Great Clips and she didn’t give me a mirror to look at the back… I wouldn’t recommend. I appreciate the offer, but I would prefer not to go back to a place that didn’t even get a haircut/trim right in the first place. Had my first experience at B&G with Krista today and she was AMAZING! For the past year or so I have tried a couple of different stylists and they just could NOT get my hair to what I was asking for. Krista was able to transform my dull dirty dishwater blonde to a beautiful light platinum that literally shines! I love it so much! Not only was her work on my head amazing, but she was so kindhearted and accommodating. I had to bring my 8 month old son in with me to the salon and Krista let me set up a baby einstein bouncer, trash her section with toys, and scoot the stroller right up next to my chair. She also made me feel comfortable and right at home when I had to nurse my son, and she reassured me by saying “it’s okay, we are all about family here” when he got loud or fussy. I just had an overall good experience and a good feeling when I left today. Not to mention the confidence booster with my new hair! Thank you Krista! See you again soon!
