Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFantastic! I read a lot of reviews and decided to make the trip from SML to Christiansburg to get my waxing done here. I am glad a I did. This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was super nervous. Jenna explained the process, said it was normal to be nervous and made me feel very comfortable. After each pull she wiped the area with witch hazel and it felt amazing. I honestly can say it did not hurt anywhere as much as I thought it would.I made a minor change in the middle of the session and she was happy to adapt. We had great conversation, she worked very quickly and before I knew it, it was over.Everything was very clean, she never double dipped into the wax with the same applicator, sanitized the mat well and the waxing room was super clean.She gave me aftercare instructions and even gave me tips on how to wax my legs (I had told her I planned on doing this at home.) I have already recommended her to several people and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a great wax. On top of everything, she is extremely affordable. Fantastic! I read a lot of reviews and decided to make the trip from SML to Christiansburg to get my waxing done here. I am glad a I did. This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was super nervous. Jenna explained the process, said it was normal to be nervous and made me feel very comfortable. It’s hard to give someone a bad review when services weren’t even completed, but as a paying customer I felt the endless canceling of my appointments to be very unprofessional.
