I have been going there for years. I have always been very satisfied with their service. Everyone is always very friendly. I do recommend that you make an appointment, as they are pretty busy. I never had an issue with waiting or with my service. My nails have never chipped, but I wear gloves when I clean. I’ve had one break before ( I jammed it into a door) and they repaired it with no charge. I believe you will be very happy as they work hard to make you happy.

It was ok. Ladies were nice. I just don’t think they were great for the price. My pedicure was ok nothing spectacular. My heels are still hard and nails aren’t as short I would like them and it cost my $50 plus tip! I had a fill in as well. Some of my nails aren’t even straight.

Critical: PunctualityI was there just the other day, I had a nail appointment at 2;30, first of all they didn’t even acknowledge my existence, as I sat there waiting three other ladies came in and were taken right away. Finally I had to leave, the women just looked at me and said I’m sorry for the wait, how can you be sorry when you took others ahead of me. I had other things to do, besides waiting for service. I ended going to another nail salon they were kind and pleasant. Please for the future don’t over-book, if someone has an appointment, you honor it. I was there just the other day, I had a nail appointment at 2;30, first of all they didn’t even acknowledge my existence, as I sat there waiting three other ladies came in and were taken right away. I have been coming to this nail salon for years…since they have opened! I’ve moved an hour away and still try to get my nails done here as much as I can. They actually remember me! When I got married, myself and bridal party got our nails done here. My best friend got married this past year and the entire bridal party got their nails done as well. They do an amazing job with acrylics.

A recommendation and im so glad i tried them out today! Super ecstatic about the service i recieved and my nails look amazing. Had the gel overlay taken off of my nails and had the dip done for the first time. Will definitely be my new nail place from now on! The ladies are all so very nice and it is nice and clean inside Definitely try them out if you havent already.

Made an appointment for 11am brought my 3 granddaughters for Pedi and nail polish one granddaughter soaked for 2 hours. It is now 5:51 pm and half the polish is gone from their nails. Between the girls and myself I spent over $150.00 plus tip. Very very very disappointed and will never return and this place came highly recommend to me. I felt if they didn’t know your name you were an outcast. Health Department was in while we were there, somebody else was not happy.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad an appointment for a pedi at 6. WORST PEDICURE EVER!!!! Took her all of 20 minutes, she got up mid pedicure to argue with her boss who then pointed at me and told her to do her work…rushed through the entire thing. No lotion but a teeny tiny dot at the very end she slapped on each leg. She was rushing and I’m not sure why….she got red polish on my skin which I had to ask her to remove and she missed some of my nail. I will NEVER come back here.Had an appointment for a pedi at 6. Took her all of 20 minutes, she got up mid pedicure to argue with her boss who then pointed at me and told her to do her work…rushed through the entire thing.
