Called prior too showing up asking if they had time for a pedicure she said yes, ended up getting there and got seated in a chair they had no plastic covers over the foot soaking chair, didn’t seem very sanitary at all. Very short staffed. Finally after waiting for over an hour for someone to assist me, all I asked for was a simple white gel on my toes. Polish was not applied properly. For the amount I paid at the end for the pedicure after waiting over an hour to get sloppy work. Do not recommend coming here.

On 5/27 @ 2:00 ish my daughter and I went to get pedicures. Our favorite place was closed due to the holiday. We were able to get in right away. I noticed my daughter’s water was steaming so I warned her it was hot (see attached pic of her burnt foot). My water was luke warm and my massage chair didn’t work. I could have dealt with the chair however something was poking me in the back. They moved me to a different chair, my water was ice cold so I kept asking them to make it hotter but it was just colder. They then moved me to another chair which a client just finished up. I asked the lady if she cleaned the tub. She said yes but there was the other clients towel and toe nail clippings on the towel (my daughter later informed me they sprayed it but didn’t clean it). Again my water was cold but wasn’t going to ask yet again for hot water. The paint job is less than satisfactory so I asked the lady to fix it and she said that is how it was suppose to be. For $60 this was a terrible experience and terrible service. My toes are red and my daughter’s are pink in attached photos.

Their service pretty good. I got arcylic, my daughter got gel. She wanted a sloth drawn on her nails cuz she’s in love with them. They said they couldn’t draw one because her fingers too small, nor had any stickers. I honestly can draw it myself, but you know some can do it, some can not; so they just spelled out sloth on each finger. As for me my fingers were a bit tender, but I massaged them. Not sure its from filing my nails or the arcylic hardened on top of my nails. It took less then an hr to get mines done. They will try their best to get any designs you want. Very friendly people.

Not too happy once I got home I notice a lot more issues with my nails. Air bubbles, nail polish uneven and shape (almond) needed work. We only stopped here because my daughter wanted to try them out. Not sure if we will go back. Gel manicures, Pedicure, Acrylic nails
