Critical: Quality, ValueThis is the 2nd time I’ve gone here. I came back with hopes that the first time was just a fluke, the first time she did not listen. Nice? Sure, but as far as the quality for what you get it’s not worth it.This time she STILL didn’t listen, my hair is fried, I stopped her mid blow dry because my highlights were NOT blended, you could see lines(this is definitely not what was asked for) I asked if we could do something for that and and said “well I mixed stuff up but I didnt think it was needed it looks fine.” When she went back through it was fast and said “well don’t be mad if it’s too dark now because I give up after this” My hair also did not get toned like it should have.It’s not as bad as to the first time but paying $200 to not be listened to and waste time, and to be rushed. Is not how this should have gone. I am super disappointed, Inow have to get it fixed and deal with fried hair.When your client asks you to tone, or is not loving her/his hair because you clearly rushed. Take the time to fix it.
