Critical: CleanlinessI normally go to lady in first chair, but she wasn’t there. Lady in second chair did my eyebrows and messed them up!! My eyebrows are thin so I get them done a certain way. Too thin, took out the ends and one looks different than the other one. Just f’d up. Now have to grow them back in and start over. I used to live across street but now live in Long Beach. I normally go to lady in first chair, but she wasn’t there. Lady in second chair did my eyebrows and messed them up!! My eyebrows are thin so I get them done a certain way. Had a new girl do my eyebrows. I was surprised she was so quick. Went home to a better lighting and saw why she was so quick. She missed alot of my eyebrows and they weren’t even shaped nicely. Might not go back.

i haven’t had a good experience since sarah left, or “got sick” they always leave one brow super thin and the other super thick. i feel like they do this on purpose because they’ve done this to me, my sister, and my mom multiple times. sarah is the only person who knows how to really do good brows. but now that she’s gone, i’m never going back.

This is by far my favorite eyebrow place. They’re quick, cheap, and they almost always do a good job with my eyebrows. I also love the little temple/forehead massage they include at the end.

I love my girl in the first chair by the door but the girl that was there today freaking left one eyebrow thicker the the other then took off to much at the end of my eyebrow I’m so mad these people need to realize they are messing with people’s face when they dont do there job right I will continue to go there but only to my girl thanks I hope she can fix it
