I normally don’t write reviews but this place must be reviewed. This is the worse service I have ever had Julia the blond and brown mixed hair lady, is so rough!!! I told her the way she was sanding my nails with the Machine burns !! She said oh ok, and kept going, right now as I am writing this my fingers all 10 of them are sore! She is not a nice person at all, on to my pedicure, she tried to make me get the $65 one saying I don’t get a good treatment unless I get that one , I declined she got upset and spoke in her language to the other lady little do she know I am a translator!! She told the other lady “ she’s a cheap one” so I told her I’m not cheap just not gonna spend a lot of money on that one service! Also the charge extra $10 to remove gel polish and didn’t tell me, that’s just only a break down of what all happened this place is HORRIBLE THE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE, enter at your own risk ⚠️!! You e been warned..

I came to B B nails during my lunch break one day. I was able to make an appointment on phone earlier in the day no problem! When I went inside, they recognized my name and attended to me immediately. It’s definitely a small space, but its I love the aesthetic. My manicurist did such an amazing job on my cuticles, probably the best they’ve ever looked. Then she did my gel mani, and since I picked a light color she applied FOUR coats! Some places are stingy with even 2 coats, she applied 4 and they looked amazing. I will definitely be back!

The WORST nail experience I’ve ever endured. The owner (the older lady) in the first chair, did my nails and her attitude was disgusting. She was throwing the nail file, snatching my nails and my finger so hard I had to ask her was she OK because she seemed so angry. She said she had to be rough to the get shape I wanted. Lie. My shape was so off, I had to go home and fix it myself AFTER paying $65. For what?!?! Absolutely nothing. And then after she told me how much it was I was shocked! I was about to walk out with gel on my nail cuticle then I told her if I had to pay $65, she had to fix this! She got a bigger attitude. I WILL NEVER SIT FOOT IN THERE AGAIN and I will warn ppl not to go! This was my first time not tipping my nail tech and I don’t regret it. I regret I chose to go somewhere I didn’t know about.

I have had my nails done by 3 different people here. They are so nice. Prices are very reasonable and I absolutely love how family oriented they seem to be. I’ve been coming here every 2-4 weeks for about 4 months now. I wouldnt go anywhere else to spend my money.
