One of the most accommodating nail salons in Tuscaloosa. Their prices are up there- but it’s the same at other nail places. I got a gel manicure with a design and it was $50.00. They were patient with me and answered the questions I had without hesitation. This is my new favorite place in town 🙂

Tim is my favorite technician so far (all others I have had did a good job as well). He always pays attention to the little details, and makes sure everything is just the way I like it before I leave. I leave feeling relaxed every time!

Awful customer service. I would leave no stars if I could. They ruined my $200 Uggs by getting nail polish on them and didn’t even pretend to care about it. I was told there was nothing they could do, so I walked out paying for a pedicure and now I’ll have to pay for a new pair of Uggs. Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about their customers.

I wish I could give zero stars but I can’t. This was my second visit to this business, I ask for white tips on toes and after he finished I ask him why were there black lines in the polish it looked horrible he stated bc I should have got gel but in the past I’ve use regular polish and never had that happen, very unprofessional and he didn’t even try to fix the issues just removed the polish and said 39.00 definitely will not be back

I would encourage everyone to never come to this establishment. I came to receive a long acrylic nail fill to which they only have 1 person that knows how to do it?? I called ahead of time and to ensure she was there and came in as a walk in appointment. After getting there they allowed many people to go ahead of me who also did not have nail appointments and after 30-45 minutes of waiting they said it was bc I had no appointment even though they allowed many people without appointments to go ahead of me. I began to discuss this with them and they continually allowed a white customer who was uninvolved in the situation to berate me (a black customer). I was asked to leave to which was fine because I will NEVER be returning here.
