I purchased a day at the spa for my wife for Valentines Day. She received more of a nightmare at the spa. She arrived for her appointment and immediately was greeted saying that. I apologize for my two kids running around the spa, but i didn’t have a babysitter. No Vino and chocolates were provided. Massage was so-so. The lady actually apologized for her lack of performing manicure and pedicures. Then the full services of the spa were not performed in any shape manner or form. I would not recommend the Azure Spa to anyone in the Mandeville Area. The lady at the counter Ms. Aimee never received her last name but was super nice, the spa manager Jeff on the other hand calls me 5 days later after i called everyday to report about poor service and my wife’s experience tells me sir, me and the Dr. spoke and “the best i can do since you don’t want anymore of our services for free, example couples spa, another service for your wife, is give you 50% of your money back. I run small businesses and if i had this practice of handling customer complaints i would go out of business. I have called and tried to speak to the Dr and her well trained associates have told me that she is in a meeting every time I call and that all matters will be referred to Jeff. I feel like the service were not performed there should be a full refund.
