I went in to get my nails removed and first asked if they knew how to do it. They said yes right away and proceeded to file them down. I went back and told them that what I wanted was the tips to be removed, and the lady proceeded to yank of the tips leaving me with very fragile nails and even ripped two of my natural nails from my nail beds. This was my first time getting my nails removed so I trusted that she knew what she was doing. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Pleas find another place to get your nails done that actually care about the health of your nails. I would have paid more if it meant them not yanking my nails off my nail beds.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, sometimes with my sister and mother because it’s close to home and the prices for services are good. They are always welcoming us and are friendly. I came in when it was near opening today so there was no wait which was nice. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, sometimes with my sister and mother because it’s close to home and the prices for services are good. They are always welcoming us and are friendly. We usually go in to get a basic pedicure with color, sometimes a manicure, and I will once and awhile get my eyebrows waxed, in which they do a good job.

Do not try to push other things on me I do not want. Yes they ask if I would like something else, but do not push for me to get it. And my nails always look AMAZING. Horrible experience. We went for a simple pedicure and manicure. Only one out of the three ladies were polite and nice to us. I was cut several times on hands and feet. The process felt rushed even though it was a slow day there. I had also asked for gel nail polish for my manicure to which it came off almost right away. Never coming back. ♀️

I came to get a full set done but i noticed the lady i always go to was busy so they redirected me to her partner a woman with short hair almost like a pixie cut. The set came out fine and she did a great job it’s just that she was really rude and gave me dirty looks the whole time, she even bent my finger backwards really hard and dogged me when i said ouch. I said i didnt want gel and she argued with me about why i should get gel and even though i said multiple times i didn’t want gel, she spoke over me with anger saying she knows because she does nails. I’m This users wife. Anyway. I got my nails done there. They got it all over my skin and under my acrylics. So n the next day they said they would fix it and it took them three tries to actually get everything done right as well as all the nail polish off of me because it was a gel polish. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place especially if you get the mail nail artist there

Was trying to make it my regular mani pedi place, but Chie wanted to do my nail her way and not how i wanted. Ended up having to refile my nails at home. Her english and communication skills are worse than her manicurist skills.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here several time and each time was disappointed. Its been 6months thought I’d give the another chance . so I walk in and I’m told they don’t have time wow. They close at 7 its barely4:30 okay I guess they don’t want my money. They did that to me last time 20 min before closing so that was understandable. I will never return nor take my sibling and mom to this place again
