I never take the time for pedicures or manicures. My birthday was coming up and I was going on vacation so I thought I would treat myself. The pedicure was fine. Not amazing but it did the job. The manicure was terrible. When my pedicure was finished I was just left in the chair waiting. The girl that did my pedicure didn’t say anything, she just started working on someone else. Then a guy rolled in, stuck my fingers in a bowl and left me to sit there alone for a good 10 minutes. He raced through shaping my nails and slapped the gel on. The polish looked sloppy, I probably could have done a better job myself. No massage after, he just stood up and told me to give him his money. The gel peeled off a few days later and my nails looks terrible for my birthday. Pretty terrible experience.

The job got done, but was very impersonal. They didn’t ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted, just kind of went at it. I had wanted to treat myself to something more expensive and luxurious, but that didn’t happen because they never asked. I guess it was fine, but probably won’t be back.
