I was referred to Azure Med Spa by a Nurse Practitioner that I was getting treatment from, and after I shared some concerns she suggested to make an appointment with Allie at Dr. White’s practice; She was absolutely amazing so I decided to follow her advise. Best decision ever! Allie not only was knowledgeable and caring, but she also took the time to get to know me, my background and my needs. Furthermore, she recommended me to make an appointment with Jessica to address some Acne concerns and the results on my first visit were just astonishing. After 2 years of many disappointing Dr. visits and trying to find a place where I could feel comfortable with, I finally found that place. Thank you for the great experience, Allie and Jessica!

Left the Dallas area over 8 years ago. Every time I get emails and texts from them, I reply STOP or call to let them know I will not be scheduling any appointments since it would be a long drive from Denver and there are OB/GYN doctors here. Every time I’m given an excuse why I’m still being contacted. Today I received a text offering free shipping. Never heard of appointments not being in person. Not sure why this request has been so difficult! Seems once you’ve visited her office, you’re stalked for life!

A year ago I was still trying to getting Azure to remove my name from anything related to them as I had left the Dallas area 8 years prior (review below). On 11/20/2019 I again received an email from them inviting me to a “party”. I asked again, now 9 years later, to be removed AGAIN from email marketing. Still waiting to hear this had been completed.

Have an appointment in 3 days. Asked for refill on medication with appointment scheduled. I was told “no.” I then asked if they could fill just 3 pills to get me through my appointment. I was told “no.” I then asked if they could then change my appointment to earlier so that I wouldn’t have to be off of my medication. They told me that there was “nothing available earlier.” Did I mention that I have been a patient for 21 years!? Love Dr White, but the office staff and customer service is horrible. Not worth it anymore. Appointment canceled. Disappointing!
