Showed a picture of a dimensional red color, the girl (Nicole, I believe) applied the same color to my dark roots and bleached ends. She didn’t comb my hair at all, just ripped through it with a round brush while blow drying. I left with broken ends and yellow hair. The staff took the time to really give a great experience. I did the big spa package and it was completely worth it. The best part for me was the facial! I will def go back. PS I also got a haircut and she did such a great job I’m so excited to show it off :).
