Keri is a wonderful at what she does! She is skilled and professional, and her office is clean and welcoming. Keri is also kind and compassionate which is equally important in the setting of electrolysis! While hair removal isn’t typically the most enjoyable experience, Keri’s warmth and sense of humor always make me so happy to visit, and I leave feeling so lucky that I found her to partner with me in this self-care task. I have sensitive skin (and am also a big baby when it comes to things like this) and Keri has frequently modified her practice for me, trying new products and different techniques to accommodate my needs. I started seeing Keri during the first half of 2019 and she was the 2nd electrologist I saw. It didn’t take long before I started seeing her exclusively. She is just absolutely wonderful and has the best “bed side” manner you could ever hope for. She is very sensitive to any discomfort you feel while she is working on you and strikes a great balance between your pain tolerance while also having an effective treatment to remove unwanted hair and becoming permanently hair free in that area with the fewest treatments.
