Went in to blow dry my hair and towards the end asked the lady to flat iron a little, especially in the areas were it curls up easy and she responded “oh no, when you iron your hair is messing up your hair.” I replied back it all depends how you pass it. And she insisted no no no…. Even though i am the costumer and i’m asking for it… Charge me 47$ for a short length and now my hair is freezy and puffy and is only been one day….HORRIBLE!!! Never again.
