Critical: ProfessionalismI’m giving one star is because of how her demeanour was – Cold, not understanding the clients plight and so rude.I booked an appointment on 29nov and while I emailed her 4 times, called her and left her 3 voice messages about it, it was apparently cancelled (didn’t get any notification like I got it for the first time that it’s been canceled) I OBVIOUSLY assumed it’s confirmed (I got a confirmation email too)!I get into the salon, waited for 45 minutes. Another business owner came and asked what’s up and then she called me in. I put a foot inside her room and she says – “Don’t step inside”Ummm okay then! Then she argues about how basically it was okay for her to skip all my msgs, emails and it’s not okay if I do it (even though I nor the other number I gave ignored any of her messages) There was no point in continuing to have the conversation with her because clearly she was rude and not wanting to understand my part at all! Even though it was a total miscommunication but she was adamant on her point and proving how she’s right. Okay then.Anyway so I’m waiting outside for my Uber now and she walks past me and I tell her that we never got any of your messages. She just turns out to say she’ll get me a refund and that’s all.The fact that you never tried to reschedule even I was there, being kind & respectful to you. It’s sad.How easy is it for business owners to waste someone’s time like that? Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTHIS PLACE IS LITERALLY AMAZING! The lady that did my lash extensions did such an incredible job! So professional, so clean, so thorough and so nice! Totally will be going back! Worth every penny and I will definitely be referring my friends and family!
