I am so glad that I stumbled across Azia B’s on Instagram and gave them a chance. I love having nice nails but hate sitting to get them done. That was not the case here! I actually had fun throughout the process. Everyone is very friendly, it’s like a big family. My nail stylist made me hot tea for my cough and sore throat (allergies), which was great customer service. She also took the time to soak off my old acrylic mess of nails in order to use their nail technique. They use Gel X extensions, NOT acrylic. I love my nails so much and can’t wait to return… next time I’m bringing friends.

First and Last time I will visit or even attempt to get services. They dont make you feel welcomed or wont bother to speak when you walk in. I walked in the technicians looked up and continued to do nails or play on their phones. After about a minute one nail tech looked up from her phone and asked “do you have an appointment?” I said no, she then looked at my 9yr old son sitting down playing on his tablet and said “well we dont allow kids in here” and she continued on her phone as the other technicians and customers looked on. At this point I just said “oh wow” and walked out. I can respect your rules, but your approach as a “professional” is everything! No professionalism or courtesy; didnt bother to ask if I wanted to make an appointment later. Do yourself a favor try any other nail salon but this one. Apparently customer service and profits are not a priority.

I did not receive good customer service nor good customer care and after paying almost $100 for a full set of nails and a pedicure one of the jewels that was put on my nails has already popped off and I just got my nails done yesterday I am beyond pissed off!!!!
