I absolutely love this barbershop! I’ve gone here twice and both times, Jess has cut my hair and given me a fade. She does an *awesome* job! I have extremely curly hair, and she’s been the only person to ever cut it and actually make it look nice. The atmosphere in the barbershop itself is really relaxing and chill. A Wonderful Barbershop. Very clean and experienced barbers. I felt the barbershop was inviting and I was met at the door with an “how are you” and left with a “have a great day or weekend.” I have told all my family and friends about this great shop and the time I had there. I make sure to go back weekly for a fresh cut. I also have found that everyone can cut all types of hair and do it very well. the conversations are family and kid friendly along with the music or TV shows that are playing. I recommend to anyone.

This barber shop is complete garbage! They don’t acknowledge you when you first come in even if its not packed. They act like they don’t like money or scared to cut “all” types of hair! When i did get in the chair, I asked for a fade and it was the worst fade ever! So bad I had to go to my reg shop in concord to get fresh! Sucks because I literally live right in the town center and could walk to this shop! All looks! No skill! Do not go here!

Great personality, sub par cut. Asked for a simple cut, and walked out with a spiked up mess. Fade looks like total garbage, left a cow lick (that I had intentionally let grow out and let him know not to cut too short)can’t even comb over now without hair sticking straight up. The cut that I usually get down the street in 15 minuets, took 45 minutes. The barber was more worried about answering his phone and running outside to talk than giving a proper cut. EMBARRASSING. Guess I’ll wear a hat for the next month. Customers trust in barbers to give them the best possible cut, and if you can’t handle that you should not stand there and give the impression of being able to “take care” of the customer.
