I went there a week and a half ago. The lady who did my manicure made me pay before she got started. She was also on her phone and I felt rushed like she didn’t have time to do my nails. She did not cut my cuticles either nor did she fill my nails completely. A few days after they started looking ugly so I went over with $1 store nail polish to cover the gaps.

I’m a Black woman I called this nail salon and booked an appointment for 3pm today as I entered the place and took a sit No worker greeted me until 5 mins or so then a white Gal walks in and they asked her right away may I help you! This is the only place that I will go and get my nails and toes done. The salon is very clean and well-organized. What I love most about them is they have a wide selection of nail polishes to choose from. And they also have this machine that dries your nails and toes for you so you don’t have to worry about messing up your nails. The staff is very friendly and attractive which is crazy.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple of years now. I’ve always had a pretty good experience. Today, while I was getting a pedicure the lady ripped off my large toe cuticle so hard that I yelled out in pain. It then began bleeding. Rather than put water and soap on it she started to put various chemicals on it and then super glue! I was shocked. I told her I wasn’t ok with it and she did not apologize for the pain it caused, the bleeding or the fact she could cause an infection for putting so many chemicals and glue on it. This is very scary. I told the owner and she did not seem to care either.
