Critical: Punctuality, QualityPlace was the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life arrive at 10:30am she was doing a client so I had to wait I didn’t mind waiting so after she finish she started on mines she being in filing and cutting she cut my hand twice then she would get up every two mins to go check onOther guest while leaving me with only two nails with acrylic on she then came back and took another two hours to finish I left the salon at 1:00pm!!!!!! It took them 30 minutes to get started on me and the old man took AN HOUR to do a pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I walked in and asked for a full set and a basic pedicure. It took them 30 minutes to get started on me and the old man took AN HOUR to do a pedicure. I ended up leaving after the pedicure and getting the full set somewhere else because they were taking so long. A lady came in while i was having my nails done with the same thing happening to her. She had it dipped and fell off after a day. I don’t recommend this place at all I live in Douglasville visiting Marietta I am not going to get mynails redone or get fix in this place ever I would not recommend.my middle finger is broken in half and my right thumb ic cracked. I dont think my nails will even last a week.Sorry it just keeps coming…..june 7th…went to shower and shampoo my hair, came out my thumb came off. I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and this is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life! It was my first and last time! It took a lady 2 hours to do a fill in on my nails and put gel on top. The work that she did was so sloppy, it looked like a kindergarten did it. I mentioned to the manager that my nails were uneven, not neat and not smooth. The manager and the lady that did my nails then began to argue back and forth and would not stop. I begged them to stop arguing and I was sorry for complaining. The manager started to fuss at the lady that did my nails because of the horrible job she did. Needless to say, I will never go back here, but if you would like to take your chances then go for it!

I made the mistake of not asking the price before I got service. They were charging me 35 for a broken nail and a polish change. My daughter paid 72 dollars for a full set and a regular pedicure. I would never go near this place again. It’s a shame because they did decent work even though they take forever.
